"My mother entered Vista Trellis Gardens in February of 2023. She had dementia for a while but was diagnosed in January of 2023. My Dad passed away in December of 2020. Mom's companion was gone. She was lost. The dementia had gotten worse after Dad's passing. The last 3 months of Mom's life were the best. Upon her arrival, she made her presence known. Everyone knew Mom. She made friends with many of the other residents. She shortly called Vista her home. I knew she was eating better. She was getting the care she needed. She enjoyed the activities. She made gifts for family. I knew she was in a safe environment getting the care she needed. It was a tough decision to make. I don't regret it. She was happy, safe, and cared for. I thank the entire staff of nurses, caregivers, doctors, and others from Vista Trellis Gardens, who gave my Mom the best care ever!!

"My name is Ginny Smith, my husband Russ and I moved to Vista Grande Villa 3 1/2 years ago. We had looked at other senior living facilities in the Jackson area and felt that this was the best option.

My mother lived here for 11 years, so we were very familiar with all the amenities. The community has many activities, so getting acquainted can be relatively easy. One of the best choices is open seating in the dining room, as well as daily menu choices.

My husband's health declined to the point where he needed more care and moved to the Health Center skilled unit, where he received good and caring help. Having all the facilities under one roof made it a safe trip for me to visit with him many times a day.

I have recommended Vista Grande Villa to many people and several are now my neighbors."

"We have recently moved into Vista Grande Villa; into a renovated 2 bedroom apartment. The community is well decorated and clean. The staff has been really friendly and the maintenance was efficient when we moved in. They came quickly to connect our TV and hang a few pictures. The food has been good, they have a great variety of sandwiches. We have already use the library too. I’ve checked out two books and a movie. I look forward to doing the drumming class in the future."
