My career in the nursing facility began when I was seventeen. I went through Heath Co-op the summer before my Senior year of high school and received my certificate to be a Certified Nursing Assistant, a CNA. I was a CNA for four years and loved taking care of the residents. Opportunities were presented and taken to work in some other areas of the facility. In 2014 I received my Nursing Home Administrators license. This year will be my 38th year working in the nursing facility.

I have lived in Jackson all of my life. My husband Dave and I just celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary. We have two children, Dale and Sarah who have brought us much joy and this continues as our family is expanding with their spouse/significant other and our grandson. We love spending time with our family. Northern Michigan is our favorite place to visit.
